Theodore 'Ted' Mason
(President)
Mason Security Network was
founded by Theodore 'Ted' Mason in December of
2003. Ted is retired from the Criminal Justice System of Kentucky, with
20 plus
years of hazardous duty. Ted is a certified Government Services
Administration
(GSA) Instructor for Security Officers, and a small firearms instructor.
Ted is a
veteran of the Vietnam Conflict, having served with the First Air
Calvary. He is a
graduate of Eastern Kentucky University with an Associate Degree and a
Bachelor
of Science degree in Police Administration. Ted can be reached by

James 'Ron' Mason, Major General, USA, (ret.)
- Vice President
General Ron Mason has 35 years
experience as a soldier. Among his
accomplishments, he was tasked to develop a force protection or security
package for US Army Europe (USAREUR) in December 2001. During that time,
he
worked directly with the Commanding General USAREUR to recommend the
first
activation of National Guard troops after September 11, 2001. Over 2000
National
Guard soldiers were activated in January 2002 and provided security for
all the
bases throughout USAREUR until relieved by a subsequent activation of
troops
from the 28th Infantry Division.
In late 2002 through October 2003, he commanded soldiers from several
NATO
nations as well as US soldiers to provide a safe and secure environment
for
Bosnia and Herzegovina. During that time, he managed a budget of over 80
million dollars and a total personnel role of over 8,000 people. He
worked with the
Armies of the Republic of Serbia, Croatia, and Bosnia, as well as NATO,
UN, and
other non governmental officials..JPG)
In 2005 General Mason commanded over 20,000 National Guard soldiers in
Louisiana, where they provided relief for persons displaced by Hurricane
Katrina
and Rita. There he worked with national guard units from several states,
FEMA,
5th Army, Red Cross, as well as local and state government officials. He
is
acquainted with security issues and solutions from small scale to large
scale
